• Scheduling Group Activities: Parties & Group Activities must be scheduled so they begin no earlier than 1/2 hour after opening or end no later than 1/2 hour prior to closing.  Parties can be up to 3 hours in length.  On weekdays, parties cannot be scheduled before 3:00 pm.  No two parties can be scheduled at the same time.  There must be 1/2 hour between scheduled parties. Please read through the Policies for Group Activities prior to signing the Reservation Form. Reservation Form must be turned in and approved prior to the day of the reservation.
   

• Parent Consent Form: Every child in attendance must have a signed parental consent form if the parent is not present for the entire party.
