Kate, our instructor, has been teaching indoor cycling classes for 3 years and is certified by NETA for Indoor Cycling Instruction. She is great at helping those new to spin get comfortable in class; while also challenging those who have been attending classes for years.
Kate works at SDSU in Student Activities. When she's not teaching class or working on campus, Kate likes to keep active with her two dogs. She can be found running and biking outside with them most days.
